NOTICE
The permittee is required to arrange all utility employee/vehicle support and police escorts.
Permits will not be issued until documentary approval has been obtained, and sent to UDOT, at (801)965-4211 or requesting Super Load Specialist, from all public utilities and municipalities to pass under their overhead utility lines. It is the permittee's responsibility to obtain clearances from all utilities involved, and arrange for police escorts. Failure to do so shall be reason to deny or delay the permit. UDOT will contact District Permit Coordinators for authorization. |
